Backstage Builders delivers creative programmes that open doors into backstage theatre, film, and live events. Our initiatives build confidence, develop practical skills, and create real pathways into the creative industries — particularly for young people who face barriers to access.

We’re launching a new membership designed for scenic artists, prop makers, set designers, stage managers, crew, production designers, and the wider art department.
This is a space to stay connected, share knowledge, and be part of a growing community across theatre, live events, TV, and film.
Members will have access to a dedicated community space, Discord, and discounts on workshops and courses — all designed to support creatives at every stage of their career.
This is an introductory trial membership, so we’ll be building and shaping it as we go, with your feedback helping guide what it becomes.
